Well built, I got the European socket, noticed on the first use it gets hot and smells a bit, but that happens to all these types of devices. Also it doesn't burn the cheek, as I was afraid it would. Overall the device does as promised and tames beard hair.

About the only good thing about is it came in the mail very quickly. It looks just like the picture but doesn't work. I ordered the US plug and I plugged it in and turned it on and popped. Never got to use it to see if it works.
